Offering over 20 years of real estate experience, Jennifer Benshoof started her business in the competitive luxury market of Orange County before moving to Encinitas in 2009 with her husband Thaddeus and three children, Sloane, Jameson and Avalon.  Her background in nursing helps her to personalize her services to suit her clients’ specific needs and bring a resourceful mindset that has allowed her to consistently provide seamless real estate transactions. 

Jennifer is a founding partner of Nuevo Real Estate teaming up with Udi Melamed and broker associate Dave Henderson to build and sell custom homes in Cielo located in Rancho Santa Fe.  Collectively, they offer years of real estate experience and a diverse background in construction and marketing expertise.
